Description:

Red patches growing on oolitic limestone gravestones facing towards southeast. Possibly Belonia nidarosiensis.

Identifications

Caution: Do NOT use iSpot to identify fungi to eat!

Some fungi are very poisonous so a mistaken ID could have serious consequences.

Colour

Many thanks for help and especially the information about the colour. The less orange, deeper red colour did make me wonder if it was something different. (And it was but not a lichen!)
