Eristalis

I cant see any wing "shade" and am not sure about the degree if any of yellow hair to side of scutellum which might make it horticola so Eristalis it is for me possibly E arbustorum but more aspect views useful

horticola

Almost certainly a bright horticola, with slight wing shading, but better left at genus, without other angles.

E horticola

Yes the oblique angle excludes some of the pointers to be absolute but it is likely horticola as Ian Says
