I've seen these being cultivated but have never seen them in the wild before.
No interactions present.
... Arum italicum var. italicum, which has a yellow spadix, and white-veined leaves. (At least, it is the more commonly cultivated form.)
Must keep my eyes open next time I'm in a garden centre.
