Any chance it might be a male ruficornis?
It's certainly a male of the Nomada flava group that includes panzer and ruficornis. Ruficornis is best confirmed by the mandibles being forked at the tip (which can be seen in the field). But brightly coloured males like this one are most likely to be N flava.
