Confidence: I'm as sure as I can be.
Notes: Caloptilia features: antennae almost as long as the wings, fore-femur and base of tibia thickened with scales, wingspan over 10 mm. In Caloptilia, it is the only species ever boldy patterned like this. There are forms of C. syringella which aren't boldly marked though. Normally Caloptilia 'sit up' on their forelegs (not obvious from the photo). Foodplants ash and privet (and lilac?)
