Small whitish-pink flowers

Description:

A small 4-petal flower on low growing red stems. There are a few heart-shaped leaves which may be part of this, but nearer the flowers are longish ones with a slight tooth. The petals make a sort of box shape. On rocks just above high tide level.
The red-purple stems confuse me.

scurvy grass

My first thought was Common sp. but don't the slightly longer and toothed leaves rule this out?
