parasite

it's an ichneumonid wasp, family Ichneumonidae, subfamily Pimplinae, tribe Polysphinctini, this tribe specialises in ectoparasitism of live adult spiders. The spider is doomed, but if you keep it the larva will make a cocoon from which a wasp will eventually emerge.
