I think this is a Bloody-Nosed Beetle (Timarcha tenebricosa). You can add this as the ID yourself by clicking on 'Edit' and entering the identification information into the designated boxes.
I think Timarcha goettingensis is more likely given the that the elytra look quite rough compared to Timarcha tenebricosa and the overall shape appears to be more compact.
