... and details of the foliage are not right for Angelica sylvestris. My best guess is Pastinaca sativa.
When I saw this I was reminded of a lovage (poor mans celery) plant - Levisticum officinale, I have in a large pot, it always looks like rhubarb on first appearance.
Inclined to go with lovage, but re-post when its developed a bit more!
