Probably P. coriaceus or P. angustus.

This looks like either P. coriaceus or P. angustus. Both are locally common in their favoured areas. P. angustus is by far the rarest of these two in Oxfordshire. The other two looky-likies (also both common, but much less frequently encountered) are P. inconstans and P.denticulatus.
