Notes: Venation takes you to Ophion sp.. Bar one extreme rarity, this is the only one with pale stripesm a pale scutellum and other pale markings. It is a winter active species, and an internal parasite of moth larvae, laying its egg in full grown, often pupating, larvae. Some Ophion species are tricky to identify. All are normally nocturnal, and come to light.
