Little (Ringed) Plover?

I can't quite quite see the defining (I believe) eye ring so it may be Ringed, but very uncertain...

Eye ring

The eye ring is clearly visible in the last picture, if you blow it up; but, even without that, it looks like Little Ringed...

It is less dumpy than Ringed (more slender at the rear), has white above and below the black on the forehead, has a dark bill and lacks the orange legs of Ringed.

Yikes - looks like I need to get mine tested? Did say I was uncertain, sorry if my comments have muddied the water!

LRP

A little ringed plover - I just can't get comfortable with 'little plover'; no doubt it’s an age thing. And, on that theme, worry not 'scarpermac', my eyes too are definitely on the wane, even as I type. But fear not, help is at hand - for the princely outlay of 'one pound sterling' I have recently purchased my first ever reading glasses (also good for photo-scrutiny on iSpot). My arms just aren’t long enough to let me focus on the small print in field guides these days. Perhaps it is my arms shrinking and not my eyes that are on the blink!
