Totally respect Stuarts expert opinion and he is probably right but the reddish tip to the abdomen suggested to me anyway that this was a male Early Mining Bee.

I agree that it appears to have a reddish tip to the abdomen... but unless I am certain of the characters, I am not prepared to give a firm id beyond genus.
I added the above ID confirmation before scrolling down to discussion. Certainly in field recording I would regard those 2 features - the golden tip to abdomen and the colour /marking of hind legs as conclusive for haemorrhoa.
