The long tail and what appears to be a solid block of colour on the throat area rules out the Martins.

Aside from the tail streamers being long, the wings appear less pointed in a Martin and the brown bar across the breast would be visible, were this a Sand Martin. It's all about jizz!
However, could it be Red-rumped Swallow? No, as the throat would be pale!

Is jizz a new scientific identifier then?
I think most birders use jizz to pick out anything different...if you know the general appearance of common species, you can spot when something unusual appears. I don't think there's anything new in that!
