... I would have said that this one was Vinca major, which tends to have a more upright habit.

Major - Tiny hairs on leaf margins

I can't see in picture clearly, but key difference is that Major has tiny hairs on the leaf margins and calyx teeth.

Minor is hairless :)

With an eye of faith you could perhaps see hairs on some of the leaf margins, but not blatant. I think i'd say Major if pushed.

Having now measured the particular plant and others around it, I think now that it is Major. So Lavateraguy please add a revised identification and I will agree with it.
