That's a good record: it's the first time Dotted Bee-fly has been reported from your 10km square, and only the fourth time it's been reported from Oxfordshire as a whole - and the previous Oxon records were from before 1969!
Dotted Bee-fly seems to be having a good year, and was recently reported from Buckinghamshire for the first time as well. Maybe a result of the really hot weather in March 2012 allowing them to breed successfully last year?
