Crowded apothecia lichen
Description:

Green-grey areolate thallus of granules growing on mortar of brick wall buttress. Crowded lecanorine apothecia with dark red-brown discs and granules around thalline margin. Possibly Lecania erysibe. (Yellow granules from nearby Caloplaca citrina.)

Apothecia are a bit more red-brown than usual, but I think the ID is OK.

The yellow granules don't seem to fit any Caloplaca - more likely Candelariella vitellina I think.
