Confidence: It's likely to be this, but I can't be certain.
Notes: Julines (Julus, Haplopodoiulus, Ophyiulus and Leptoiulus) do not have extended cheeks in the male. That rules out these 5 species. That leaves just 3 darkly pigmented species with a projecting telson: Tachypodoiulus niger (variable in colour, not always black and legs not always white) and Cylindroiulus punctatus (it's looks the wrong shade of brown and too shiny?) are by far the most likely choices. The third Ommatoiulus has orange stripes or spots. However, without the specimen and a microscope I can't do better than that.
