It would be between Herring and Yellow-legged, but I think James is right, for the reasons he gives.

Well, I'm Chuffed With That!

I haven't knowingly seen a Yellow Legged Gull before, so I'm delighted that my GBBG id was wrong!

As an aside, a worn 1st

As an aside, a worn 1st winter LBBG can be ruled out by the very slight window and the lack of a second dark bar on the inner wing. Yellow legged gull shows a dark secondary and tertial bar which it shares with LBBG but the latter also shows a dark bar on the greater coverts.
