Is that really taken today? No leaves on trees where I am!
It's a very young bird; still got the egg tooth on the end of the rather short beak. The tail feathers are short and still growing, too.
I think Mistle Thrush is correct, but Song Thrush juveniles do have rounder, more blotchy spots, so it is not as straightforward to decide as it might seem. I'm interested to know whether it was taken today, as Mistle Thrush do breed quite early in the year.
