Habitat = woodland edge in suburban street
No interactions present.
Suggest it looks more like Heucherella or Tiarella.
Thanks for the suggestions.
I've had a search on the web for Heucherella and Tiarella and can't find anything that I think looks obviously right for this plant - but both genus do show plenty of variety in leaf shape (and colour).
Will keep an eye on it and post another photo when (if) it flowers to confirm or correct my initial ID.
A new observation of the same plant has been added to I-Spot on 23/05/2013 now that it has flowered - http://www.ispot.org.uk/node/330748?nav=latest_observations.
It appears from this that Brock was correct and it is a Heuchera or similar plant. Please remove your agreements to Tellima and/or feel free to add a new ID so that this observation also gets the correct 'Likely ID'.
