Delicate winged insect

Small (approx 10mm)winged insect. Delicate wings in perfect fan display showing stripes & camouflage decoration. Legs also striped, body grey. Overall - light beige & grey colouring. Long antenna (non-active). Insect was placidly resting on indoor lintel in sunlight (weather cool but sunny) on 2nd April, Curdridge (Winchester area) Hampshire.
