Sorry for bad quality of pictures...
Plant seen on rocks at 400 m alt. in forest. No hair on stem, nor on leaves, which would make the only Jasione Laevis, but then the shape of leaves and location doesn't fit...
No interactions present.
There are several Globularias that look rather like this.
. No leaves on stem - I think it's got to be Globularia nudicaulis or possibly G. gracilis - it depends on whether there are short stolons there; I couldn't make up my mind.

G. gracilis occurs in the Pyrenees. The location here is further west.
