I'd like a closer look at the needles - are they in pairs, or threes? - and an indication of their length.
You can generally find fairly fresh bunches on the ground underneath the tree, especially as it's been so windy lately.
Cones also - a closer photo of a cone, with either a measurement, or something to give it a sense of scale, would be very helpful if you'd like suggestions as to which pine it is.
Oh, and it's definitely a Pine, so you were right there!
