Any other (sharper) pictures? This is probably a Meadow, but has quite a bold face pattern and some of the colouration of Tree. Flank streaks do look quite heavy, though. Tree Pipits are arriving, so need considering now, especially in that area, I would have thought.

I agree with Ian, I too thought that this photograph showed a number of features that were consistent with Tree pipit. Not possible to see the length of the back claw in photograph - though flank streaks look rather chunky for t’ripit, usually just thin streaks on that species. The legs look very pink and the bird generally is well-marked, both face pattern and covert bars, which is more indicative of tree.
Did not have the long back claw of the Tree Pipit.
Short in Tree Pipit, longer in Meadow Pipit.
