Athous haemorrhoidalis

I'm pretty sure this is right. The elyta are more usually nut-brown, but I have a specimen in which they are as dark as yours. I think the lighting has made the pubescence on the thorax rather more prominent than usual. Whilst there are certainly similar species - A. vittatus is perhaps closest - I personally thin this is a safe record.
