From what I can read and see

From what I can read and see Vulgaris has leaves very close to the flowers, where Grandiflora has the leaves much lower. In this case, it is more grandiflora than vulgaris, no ?

Grandiflora

Prunella grandiflora has much bigger flowers than this.

Flora Europaea says

Corolla more than 18 mm; inflorescence not subtended by leaves ... grandiflora
Corolla less than 17 mm; inflorescence subtended by leaves ... others

It is not P. grandiflora nor P. laciniata; there is a fourth species P. hyssopifolia but it is not that as the leaves are sessile, not stalked as here.
