Ta didnt notice the edit button!

Makes sense its a blackbird saw one in the same area with a white tail..no didnt get a photo but keeping a look out.

Legs

Leg colour is really quite variable in many birds and I can't see any reason to query the ID on that feature. It does appear to be a very bright female, though there is not a well-lit side-on view. The huge influx of Blackbirds from the continent every winter brings a variety of differently toned female blackbirds, as well as males with pale fringes to their feathers and so on. Essentially, they are more variable than you might think.
