Washed up on beach at Dawlish. Wondering what this might be?

Couldnt see any suitable worms; & seemed too long for stem of sand dwelling sea amemone.
However according to nat'l hist museum uk has 20 species
Any idea on the size?
...I would say. Would be good to edit and place in invertebrates :)
Not sure how specific 1 can be with Sipuncula (which is a Phylum!) if that's what it is.S. nudus is in Collins' '96 guide & is rare & reaches 36 cm
Fascinating. It was quite long - probably 10-12 inches. I have a few more photo's which I will post.
