Swallowtail

Hello Red Panda this is definately a common swallowtail, Papilio machaon. The only similar species found in the area of the old USSR are southern swallowtail in mountainous areas of Yugoslavia and a handful of other swallowtail species found in the far east of the USSR and asia. At least that's what the Guide to the Butterflies of Russia (Ed: Tuzov, V.K.) says.
