Lovely moth Sara, it

Lovely moth Sara, it certainly seems to have the markings of the Bloxworth Snout, which appears to be variable in colouration- not one I am familiar with at all. Hopefully some others can confirm it as one, good to see a few moths appearing again. This is a migrant, right?

Edit- checked the UK status and I see it is believed to be a south coast of England colonist.

Cathal.

Bloxworth Snout

Hi Cathal,

I had the ID confirmed before I put the photo up as I was very surprised to get it and yes, it has colonized the coast and is very variable in colour.
