Failed quest

This post should be seen as part of my original one here http://www.ispot.org.uk/node/319399
It began as a failed quest to identify a species of liverwort, though probably (more than likely even) Pellia epiphylla.
The quest continues and there will be two more postings before it comes to a conclusion!

I am MOST impressed with the inspiring pictures and information here -
