Description:

Shell width 11mm. Not sure which species? Possibly cellarius due to size and pale body colour?

Yes, I'd agree with cellarius (Oxychilus cellarius) but they are hard to separate out.
My weak experience is that cellarius is less tightly whorled and a little more transluscent.
It is also my experience that 'flashless' pictures make for better prospects (excellent photo though!).
I think you should put up the cellarius ID and see what comes.
