This was in the front border of Astley Hall, Sufflolk Lungwort is new to me, think it might be this.

As this is a garden plant it is likely to be of hybrid origin.

I agree that it's likely to be a cultivar ('Blue Esigne' does look a good match). I know Pulmonaria obscura well having visited it's UK native woods to do monitoring surveys for the species in recent years. Freshly opened flowers are more red, and remain purple rather than the deep blue in the photo. The plant in the photo also appears to have a purple tint to the foliage while P. obscura is bright green. P. obscura is currently only just coming into flower here (tight buds)so unlikely to be in full flower, as per the photo, up north.
