Plant observation sheets

Does anybody know if I can download plant observation sheets, perhaps A4, which have sections for leaves, flowers, stems etc. and handy checkboxes and checklists so that I can use these while plant hunting to note my observations. Does such a thing exist?

I haven't seen such a thing...

...but it would be pretty easy to make your own.

Start with a spreadsheet, make a list of those sections you have just listed, along with any others you can think of: add a line of checkboxes, print off a copy and try it out.

Amend it as you go, and keep updating and reprinting it.

You will quickly accumulate the checklists.

It's often more rewarding to make your own, I find, and you can then use terms that make sense to yourself!
