Yellow sea asters (Asteriscus maritimus) flowering on limestone headland with masses of Red spider mites (Acari) feeding on them, Ponta de Sagres, Algarve, Portugal, June.
Description:

Masses of these pretty yellow asters were flowering on a limestone headland in the Algarve at Sagres point. Huge numbers of red spider mites were feeding on them.
