Notes: The large caddis larva case could be one of 2 similar species- Phryganea grandis or P. bipunctata. I'm not certain how much they differ. Adults of this genus are very common at the lake in question. The smaller case has a similar design but it is more likely to belong to an Agrypnia species, possibly A. obsoleta- it was also found at an upland lake near by.
