Description:

Scattered clumps of translucent jelly. Pretty much homogenous throughout its volume in density and colour.

Amphibian

(Got the spelling right that time!) Plenty of other observations of this - and discussion about it too. Generally now agreed to be from amphibians (possibly frog but can't rule out others.) You might like to edit the observation and move it to Amphibians and Reptiles.
