It is not Phaonia with these veins. Try Musca autumnalis.

Please look at the angled

Please look at the angled vein showing clearly at the end of its left wing. That tells you it cannot be Phaonia.

I see that the fourth wing vein, which I think this is, should be almost straight in Phaonia so, granted that the abdominal patterning is a bit faint here, I agree on M. autumnalis.
