I think this is probably early flowering Three-cornered Garlic but can anyone confirm that for me?
No interactions present.
There are two fairly similar common Alliums that look like this, A. paradoxum and A. triquetrum. However there is a very easy way to tell them apart. A. paradoxum has a single leaf for each flowering stem, A. triquetrum has more than one. The green lines on the tepals are much stronger in A. triquetum (as in the photo) but that's a bit subjective.
