Fairly numerous on the island of Mingulay where this one was photographed. The warden reckoned it is "groundelder" but I think not. Leaf stem is celery shaped - crescent cross section. Leaf, as you can see, is like a curly angelica. Have seen them at Dunnet Head as well.
