Jelly

Observed: 17th November 2012 By: Angela Morgan
Jelly
Description:

This looks like Frog Spawn but without the eggs. It is found in numerous places on the Black Mountain in the West of the Brecon Beacons National Park. The ground is moorland, and wet. I have also seen it to the rear of Cribarth, again in the BBNP. It is found throughout the year, but this particular example was photographed in November 2012. I have only seen it on uncultivated ground, not on farmland.
