In UK, we have Great

In UK, we have Great Cormorant, the one in picture. If you mean Shag (Phalacrocorax aristotelis), it has crest, somewhat smaller & slimmer than cormorant, thinner neck & thinner bill. Hope this might answer your Crested Cormorant.

Thanks for that but what I meant was the Double Crested Cormorant, Phalacrocorax auritus. They're a species native to parts Americia but have made a few rare appearances in the UK, to the best of my knowledge.
