As it is a JPG you can

As it is a JPG you can lighten it easily to bring out some of the detail. Either on Microsoft Picture Manager or the camera's own software.

Yellow tips to tail feathers....

These can still be seen, which rules out most other species

I have purposely left the

I have purposely left the photograph as it is because this is how I saw the bird. The bird was viewed for about 15 minutes and it did not move in that time but remained in the shadows. (It calling helped in identification).
