It looks like a female to me,

It looks like a female to me, and if it was a male flava you would need a specimen. They are very like panzeri. I am not completely convinced it is flava at all.

I agree its Nomada. Is eye colour relevant ..green vs red?

A definate female, 12 antennal segments. Species ID is not really possible as the wings are hiding much of the body - could be one of several similar species.
