Even when I blew it up it, it took me a few seconds to see the bird.
Now I see that there are 3 of them!
Yes, they can be hard to spot, and with a length of about 21cm (a little smaller than a Blackbird), the 'flash' of white from their opened wings can be most helpful in locating them. It's a joy having these winter visitors here again, and on this occasion I was lucky to see four of them foraging amongst the rocks.
