Lindenius?

I can't quite see enough detail to make any firm suggestions about this one, but the only species it reminds me of (due to the pale legs and general appearance) is the solitary wasp Lindenius albilabris. But as I say there's not enough detail visible for me to offer than as an ID.

I have not looked, but unless there is another all black species with similar legs, this page on BWARS, says you are correct.

If I have used the NBN Gateway distribution map service correctly, then it has been a very long time since it was recorded in VC53.
10km square legend:
Red squares - 1980 to 2013
