Mute Swans

It looks like you have a family group, with two young (sub-adults) and the mother and father in the last photo. The male has a larger black lobe on the top of the beak, which looks like the one on the right as we look at them. The one on the left looks to me like it's the female. Lots of male and female Mallards in the back ground with a couple of Black-headed Gulls in the far background.

Family Group

Yes they are a family group, there are actually 3 young (originally 4) - the ringers only managed to ring one of the youngsters and the mother this year. We also have lots of mallards and the black headed gulls we have plenty.
