Broad-leaf Blueing Bracket is tentative identification based on comments posted earlier on a similar bracket fungus.
The fungus appears to vary in colour or change colour with age.

Caution: Do NOT use iSpot to identify fungi to eat!

Some fungi are very poisonous so a mistaken ID could have serious consequences.

Species with which Turkeytail (Trametes versicolor) interacts

T versicolor = Very variable!

Your Postia caesia was a good find as it is less common than Trametes versicolor (Turkeytail). The clues here pointing to T versicolor are in the strong concentrical zoning, slightly larger size and underneath the finer more rounded pores. You can see from your photos how variable the colouring is from shades of green, beige and ochre to blue and dark brown. It is also much more common.

Great Comments

Thanks, Janet, for the informative comments. It is useful to know how an identification has been arrived at and to have details that will help in future to make a more likely identification.
