Amara maybe familiaris

Definitely an Amara, but I don't think it's plebeia - it almost always has dark femur contrasting with pale tibia. With entirely pale legs and no remarkable features, A. familiaris is most likely, the other option being A. anthobia (which has a small pit at the base of the first elytral stria, and very blunt front angles to the pronotum). If you have more of a front view, we can probably separate the two.
